Welcome

Cambrian cottage is a special little home in a small Welsh village called Newbridge on Wye. The village is on the edge of the Elan Valley, an area of outstanding scenic beauty. The Elan Valley has a series of reservoirs, which provide water to the Midlands.

Cambrian cottage was built in approximately 1890 and is in the Radnor district of the county of Powys.

It was previously a workers cottage. It was originally owned by Dame and Brigadier Sir Dillwyn-Venables-Llewelyn (Baronet) who lived in Llysdinam Hall which is the cream coloured house on the opposite hillside.

We only rent our cottage to really nice people, if you'd like to enquire about availability please send Carolyn or Angela an email about vacancies.
